Enhanced Summary Charts

An extensive new set of Summary Chart types has been added to the user interface. These new Charts are based on Adobe Flash technology and provide dramatically-improved appearance as well as a variety of effects such as multi-series, 3D and multi-type. See some examples here.
Several Charts are interactive, allowing zoom, rotation, pie-wedge animation, etc.
Charts may optionally show a secondary Y axis, where some series plot against the primary axis, and some against the secondary axis.
Comprehensive Chart type list:
- Bar Charts. (Horizontal Bar Charts have been renamed to Bar Charts).
- Column Charts. (Vertical Bar Charts have been renamed to Column Charts).
- Line Charts. This includes Ribbon, 3D, and Multi-Series Line Charts.
- Area Charts. This includes 3D, Overlapping, and Stacked Area Charts.
- Pie Charts. This includes 3D, Donut, and Simple Pie Charts.
- Radar Charts. This now supports multiple overlapping series.
- Combo Charts. These mix columns and lines, and optionally support a secondary Y axis.

The Filter Properties Dialog now supports editing of several new PARAMETERs that control chart behavior.

The Link Manager has been optimized for memory usage on very large SQL Picklist arrays.

ROLE names can now contain space characters.
Java version 1.6 or greater is now required. Previously 1.5 or greater was required.
The RATIO_TO_REPORT() SQL function is no longer required in Summary Filters.
Summary Filters are now controlled by metacolumn definitions as opposed to strict column positioning.
The GET_SUMMARY_COLOR function now returns a new palette of up to 24 colors.
Administrative Users may now override the defaults for Chart display properties.
Date fields now accept SYSDATE as a valid default value.
SQL Parsing now supports date literals with the syntax: DATE '2010-09-23'
XMI Exports now create or remap color table entries when that color does not exist in the target system.
HTML template tag, "Class Search" now supports multiple classes.
Hidden attributes are now loaded in the ClassMap in web server, and added to HTML form, but not displayed to user.
Added a Security Patch from YAHOO that addresses a Flash vulnerability in YUI library. This patch should be applied even if you are not using any Flash components of the YUI library, which Elements does not.

If a user enters a string into a numeric field, then the resulting error will no longer reset the form.
Entry of dates into Parameterized Filter parameters is now tolerant of many more date string formats.
Dates are now properly translated through XSLT preserving all 4 digits of the year.
Auto-generated filters now get new appropriate PARAMETERs created.
Single sign-on now handles different JDBC drivers appropriately.
Within the HTML Filter Editor, clicking the 'X' button on the filter edit meta column control no longer deletes more than one row when multiple metacolumns are assigned to the same position.
Grant no longer fails on new Roles created immediately prior to granting select to the class for that Role.
Related Filters List on Class Detail Reports sometimes contained duplicates.
Under certain circumstances, Users created after a DR recovery were not able to log in.
When pasting grid data into the Class Manager Data Tab or into the Grid Edit Application, column ordering could sometimes get reversed.
The HTML Folder Editor function "Add User Markup" was working.
Package-level lexicon search would sometimes result in an error .
