Enterprise Elements, Inc. is
a Reston, VA products and services company specializing
in Enterprise Architecture tools and methods.
Enterprise Elements sells a repository product
specifically designed to manage large quantities
of Enterprise Architecture and EA-like data in
the context of a managed, full-lifecycle process.
The product is Web-based and supports versioning,
baseline management, complex reporting, user-based
views, advanced access control, and relationship
visualization with automatically-generated diagrams. |

Enterprise Elements, Inc. began
its initial product database design in early 2004
with coding commencing in June 2004. By September
2004, Enterprise Elements, Inc. provided a product
demonstration, which illustrated the strength
of the core database design and the integration
to graphical presentation tools. Enterprise Elements
Inc. has produced several additional releases,
each incorporating significant additional functionality.
We believe that no other technology on the market
today has the combination of scalability, information
assurance, ease of data visualization, and process
enforcement that Enterprise Element's technology
provides. |

The Enterprise Elements team
has a wide variety of skills and qualifications
that are appropriate for supporting Enterprise
Architecture-related modeling, reporting, programming,
consulting, training, and management efforts.
Enterprise Elements employs a staff of veteran
consultants in the Enterprise Architecture domain
who have extensive skills in System Architect,
ARIS, Metis, ERwin and Rational Rose / XDE / RSA
as well as deep programming and other technical
skills.
Enterprise Elements personnel have considerable
project experience in US Federal government projects,
including Civilian, Military and in the Intelligence
Community, as well as in the commercial environment.
All members of our consulting staff have management,
project management, or corporate executive experience
and have the capacity to work independently or
lead large teams on complex projects. |

| B. Randall DeWoolfson, President |
| |
Mr. DeWoolfson has 17 years professional experience
and is an expert in Relational Database Management
Systems, implementing projects as diverse as inventory
tracking, remote data acquisition and robotic machine
control. He holds a patent for a method of delivering
customized advertising across a distributed network.
He is a founder of, and a significant shareholder
in Euclid Systems Corporation, a biomedical research
and development company where he served as vice
president of systems for several years. Most recently,
Mr. DeWoolfson has successfully designed, developed
and released a leading metadata based repository
targeted in the enterprise requirements management
domain. |

| Marco Temaner, Chief Executive Officer |
| |
Mr. Temaner has been in the IT solutions and software
product business for over 15 years. He was a Software
Engineer at Lockheed Martin in the Systems Integration
business area, then moved into the product business
as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager at Popkin
Software, leading complex deployments of Modeling,
Enterprise Architecture and Systems Engineering
solutions. He has participated in some of the largest
Enterprise Architecture efforts in the United States.
Most recently, as Strategic Marketing Director Mr.
Temaner managed business alliances, set product
direction and forged new markets for Integrated
Chipware. |
